I'm Veronica!

So you want to know who I am, eh? Well, here it goes:

I was born in North Carolina, raised in Westchester County NY, and I live in Phoenix, AZ. But, don't be fooled; you can take the girl out of NY, but you can't take NY out of the girl. The good news is I still have NC values!

I'm an ambivert, despite what people want to think.

My drink of choice is a margarita or a glass of chardonnay.

I'm not a fan of Starbucks, but I do like Taster's Choice.

I'm a die hard football fan, and Peyton Manning is my favorite OB of all time. I know Brady is the GOAT, but I still love Peyton!

I'm motivated by teaching women how to get out of their own way so they can reach their full potential.

I understand you and I get you.

You try to live up to the expectations of others and you never seem to get it right.

You wish you would have accomplished more at this point in your life.

Perhaps you wanted to travel more and just haven't made it happen.

You're career isn't going exactly as planned or you don't love what you do.

Maybe you've been living on auto pilot and you're just confused.

Early in my life, I tried to live up to the expectations of others, and I failed.

My career hasn't always been rosy either. It hasn't been a straight line to the top, but a zig zag one instead.

I have slid into auto pilot several times in my life and my body shows it.

Let's not even talk about childhood traumas that got in my way. Been there done that.

I can tell you the struggle is REAL.

But, here's where I am today:

I stopped focusing on my past because our thoughts create our future.

I stopped looking at the zig zag of my career and embraced the fact that God had a different plan for me.

I stopped trying to live up to everyone's expectations and I learned to march to the beat of my own drum.

I've learned to embrace my struggle because I realize that my struggle fuels my purpose.

I realize that I'm perfectly imperfect, and was made exactly how God wanted me.

Yep, that's me!

This is me, with the Miami skyline in the background, living life on my terms and having fun on a weekend girls trip. This was one of the best weekends ever just hanging with the girls. Plain old fashion fun!

I LOVE ANIMALS

I love animals, and I've had cats, dogs, gerbils, hamsters, a turtle, snakes, a skunk, a bird, and a ferret as pets

I ROLLER SKATE

I roller skate occasionally and I have a 2 pairs of skates for indoor and outdoor roller skating

I GOT MARRIED

I got married for the first time at 39 because I wanted to live life on my terms

I LOVE MY FRIENDS

I have two BFFs and we've been friends for 43 and 29 years respectively

I LOVE SPINNING

I love drop saddle spinning and have been spinning for 14 years

I know how to swim but I don't like the ocean

I love my boys (husband and son)

I prefer flats to drumettes

I love roller coasters

I'm a DIY kind of girl
